Prendiville Insurance Agency has been specializing in Community Associations for over 18 years and has grown into one of the largest Farmers agencies in the State of California. We deal with our own Underwriting Team which translates into the best possible policy from any company. Since Prendiville Insurance Agency services hundreds of HOAs throughout Southern California we have our own in-house Claims Coordinator. This vital position tracks, monitors and problem-solves all claims issues, so that any questions, concerns, or issues are all simply dealt with in our office by our own staff.

Each of our policies provides our Community Associations with an extra 25% of property coverage. In this day and age of rising building costs, you can be more confident that your coverage will meet your needs because Farmers Insurance offers a full 125% Extended Replacement Cost.

Almost every Unit Owner has to obtain a Certificate of Insurance. Most insurance agencies charge $60 or more for Certificates. Prendiville Insurance Agency does not charge anything for Certificates of Insurance and we deliver these within the same day—free of charge, free of hassle.

Prendiville Insurance Agency also provides a full range of personal insurance for Unit Owners, including Condominium Insurance, Auto Insurance, Life, Health and more. Our policy holders have access to the very competitive California Earthquake Authority, which most independent agents cannot provide.
